Background
I’m a backend engineer and AWS Certified Solutions Architect with about twelve years in the industry. I’ve often joined early: founding teams where clarity, ownership, and pragmatism matter as much as raw technical depth.
My work sits at the intersection of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and ML operations. From high-volume ingestion and warehousing to edge and IIoT when the problem calls for it. I care about making systems observable, affordable to run, and straightforward for the next person to change.
How I work
I collaborate closely with product, ML, and hardware-adjacent teams when building pipelines and platforms. I’m hands-on with automation (CI/CD, IaC, orchestration) and with cost: tagging, tiering, and right-sizing have been recurring themes in my roles.
I’ve mentored junior engineers, onboarded teammates, and run interns through end-to-end projects because sustainable velocity is a team sport.
